Miracle Dehydrator is a fabulous fan-driven electric dehydrator for
drying foods
naturally. Easily dehydrate fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, and herbs.
The Miracle Dehydrator comes with four large
drying trays made of a durable, transparent material. It has two drying temperatures
to allow for uniform drying of many food types with varied water content. Temperature
setting #1 heats the interior to 103° for
gentle drying. Temperature setting #2 heats the interior to 130° for quicker
drying of thicker, moister foods. At the normal setting, apples dehydrate in
10 - 12 hours, while mushrooms and vegetables typically dehydrate in 8 - 10
hours, depending the
thickness of the cut and the moisture content of the food being dried.
